Kenpachi, wouldn't stand much chance against Vegeta.

Android saga Goku blocked Trunks's Sword while both in Super Saiyan with one finger.

By the end of DBZ both Goku and Vegeta are a heck of alot stronger.

The SSJ multiplyer is 50X. SSJ2 is 2X as stronger as SSJ.
So if Vegeta wants he coould access SSJ2 which would be:
100X his base form. Which I'm certain is too much for Kenpachi.

Death note does not work on saiyans. I hate it when people give me this kenpachi's made of spirit particles. Vegeta senses energy. I mean seriously Chad hit a Hollow with a phonetower so they are very solid.Anyway spirit particles are just another word for ki or lifeforce, chakra, dragon gate, haki, reiki, etc. and since kenpachi is made of what vegeta uses/manipulates, vegeta can just turn him into pure energy to make a ki blast or something. Bounts did something similar, except that they couldn't destroy planets or even cities. also to top it of, vegeta's a saiyan and saiyans get stronger the longer they fight, so while kenpachi gets weaker, vegeta's power will escalate.
of course this will go over sum of you's heads as you just seem to support kenpachi for his 'coolness factor'.

You say kenpachi is made up particles that vegeta can produce... True enough. But Kenpachi can also generate those particles. So I'm believe Kenpachi is at least strong enough to be turned in particles. Maybe a weaker shingami. I think it'll be a good fight. Two guys who enjoy battle. Light wouldn't be able to kill either with the notebook... Unless he could trick the Death Gods to kill someone (I do believe they have a lot more power than they say do). Saiyans do get stronger with battles... But its usually after they've healed when they're strength returns and then some.

I got confused with Saiyans getting stronger as battle draws on. As far as I'm concerned Broly is the only Saiyan who gets stronger as the fight draws out. Saiyans only get Zenkai boosts when they experience near death (in which there power shoots up alot).

I still think Vegeta has this. In Android Saga Vegeta said if he put a bit more energy into his Big Bang, he would have destroyed the planet. (Himself too!)

@Name escapes me: Yes Superman is stronger then Goku by ALOT. I forgot either Golden Age or Pre Crisis Superman destroyed a Galaxy by sneezing.

Gods in DBZ aren't even strong. I saw none of the Gods beat Buu. Yes i can name a lot of characters that can pwn Goku.
