DRESS by BUCK-TICK (aka the Trinity Blood theme) - This band is often called one of the founders of the Visual Kei movement.

The Shining Collection by Iceman for Gravitation OAV. - Members of this pop family (known as the DA Family due to sharing the same producer/composer) also worked on the TV show Gravitation, creating such songs as Sleepless Beauty, Blind Game Again, In The Moonlight. They are all very good songs.

TANK! by Yoko Kanno for the anime Cowboy Bebop. All her music is wonderful, and a lot of the songs for Cowboy Bebop are brilliant. Also check out Real Folk Blues and Ballad of A Fallen Angel. Some of the music is labeled Seatbelts - that is the name of her band.

Logos Naki World by Yasushi Ishii. Again, the full sound tracks for the OAVs and TV show are just brilliant.

THE BIG O by Toshihiko Sahashi. Another full soundtrack that is wonderfully composed.

Hiru no Tsuki by Akino Arai. This ending song is absolutely beautiful.
