Lets see..... Heero from Gundam Wing. He is an undeveloped lout of a character who really, in my mind, is a pointless character. Yet the anime focuses on him!

Captain Kurotsuchi from Bleach. He looks alike a clown, and killed the Quincy's!!! That, and Ashisogijizo is a CREEPY Bankai.

Relena Peacecraft from Gundam Wing. She is a damned hypocrite! Her definition of "peace" is impossible! There will always be those who wish to bring war!

Akito from Fruits Basket. She wants to RUIN EVERYONES LIVES!

Lord Djbril from Gundam Seed Destiny. HE KILLED STELLA!!! (Indirectly) not to mention, he tried to bring total genocide to the Coordinators!

Yuna Roma Seiran from Gundam Seed Destiny. It is because of HIM that Orb went to war, and in the process, he wastes the lives of his soldiers! That, and... HE KILLED CAPTAIN TODAKA!!!{/b] (Indirectly) Though he DID die in a rather funny way.

Itachi from Naruto. He killed his clan to test his powers, and because he feels guilty, he is going to let SasUKE kill him. What is the point of this character? To further develop the already pointless SasUKE?

Tidus from Final Fantasy 10. Only because he is HORRIBLY Voice Acted!

Hmm... let's see... Shishio Makoto because he's a b*****d (then again, he's the guy you love to hate), and Hyottoko from Rurouni Kenshin, Majin Buu from Dragonball Z, simply because he was the worst villain ever, and Frieza when he came back as a cyborg. What the hell?! The colonists from Gundam Wing, because they were stupid enough to put the obviously emotionally unstable, hormonal Heero Yuy in the cockpit of a gundam, and Relena because she kept trying to attain peace when she knew it would go directly against human nature, Mei Ling from Negima!- she's a b***h, and wants to make Negi's life hell, Envy from FMA, he's nothing more than an androgynous little b***h, oh, and Shao Tucker. That guy still gives me nightmares. Not to mention Orochimaru from Naruto, simply because of the creepiness factor. Also, Aisha Clan-Clan from Outlaw Star. Her and Merle from Escaflowne, they're both annoying to the point of making me mute the TV whenever they speak. I know video game characters don't count, but Squall Leonheart from Final Fantasy VIII. He's way too emo for his own good, and uses the most ridiculous weapon ever!! I mean, seriously, the only thing worse than a gunblade is a keyblade. Oh, and while we're on the subject, Tidus from FF 10. He needs to die a slow, horrible, painful death. He's too androgynous for his own good, and the wimpiest main character in a final fantasy game ever!!! Oh, and Sora from Kingdom Hearts, because he's got wayyyy too much energy and anti-emoness to be a Squaresoft main character. Also, because he totally doesn't deserve Kairi. OK, that's all i can think of at the moment.

I find it more believable that aliens, espers and time travelers would actually exist than that a person like Mikuru would exist in real life. She's so one-dimensional she's not even a character, she's complete and total fanservice. (What -really- disturbs me is that Japanese men apparently find those kinds of personalities endearing.) Her voice absolutely grates on my last nerve and she's scared of freaking EVERYTHING. Grow a backbone, you're not five!!

And the way she talks..."atashi, desu, atashi, desu~"...SHUT UP!!!

There's also Misa from Death Note. That doesn't even need an explanation. "Misa loves Light! Misa would do anything for Light! Misa will die for Light! Misa loves Light-kun!!!! Love me, Light-kun!!!!!! surprised "

hmmm ow i can't really think of any characters i really hate. I find a fewannoying like Renge Chan from Ouran, and akito from Fruits basket but i cna't say i hate them. Pokemon-Misty-I don't know why she was just annoying
Sailor Moon-Serena(Japanese version just her voice)-Her voice hurt my ears I hated it but I love the series so I keep watching it.
Ouran Host Club-Renge-Whenever she was on an episode it seemed like an annoying person. The way she laughed made me hate her even more lol
Digimon-Matt-I just hated his attitude and for no apparent reason I guess lol
Dragon Ball Z-Chi-Chi-For no reason at all I just despise her
Hellsing-almost all the characters that weren't main characters-No reason at all lol
Inuyasha-Kagome-She seemed like a character I'd never like the moment I saw her
