Let me know who you think the most twisted (animated) Disney villain is and why.

I think Frollo, for the Hunchback of Notre Dame is, because of the way he hid behind religion, mentally tortured Quasimodo, and lusted after Esmeralda.

I'm going with Claude Frollo, too. He's so creepy and twisted because he hides behind religion to justify murder of the innocents. And the way he lusted after Esmeralda didn't help, either. There aren't many Disney villains who have tried to burn entire families alive in their homes too!

I mean, most Disney villains just want to... marry a princess, or take over a kingdom. You know, old-school villainy. Frollo wants to kill all gypsies in the name of religion.
