The Powerpuff girls come back for a one-night special in January. Old voice actors reunite for this event. They will have a new look. How do you guys feel about this?

I really like the look of the animation. I wouldn't mind tv movie specials of other classic CN shows every once in a while either.

I'm a bit skeptic. I wasn't happy with the finale, but who knows, it could be good.

I'm not too big on the art style change. Not that the new style is bad, it's just that they could have done something a bit more inspired by the original.

I know they look quite different from there old version, but its kinda what Nickelodeon is doing with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

I don't mind Nick's version of TMNT, but the Powerpuff Girls look painfully stylized in the new one to the point where I don't even think the voices fit how they look anymore. It's kind of like seeing a person whose voice doesn't entirely match up with their body. sweatdrop It's not a terrible thing but it's awkward.

Aw. I saw a commercial for this with the TV on mute. I preferred other shows, but I was hoping they were bringing the series back and it wasn't just a special.

I'd watch it. The paper cutout style'll take a while to get used to, though.

Depending on how this goes could leave me wondering if they should do this sort of thing for Ed Edd N Eddy, next or leave it be, actually.
