So, Madea's Tough Love... I didn't hate it. It was stupid and kind of boring, but it was still about three points better than the animated Jay and Silent Bob movie was. That movie, my friends, was about as painful as passing a kidney stone through my d**k.
The art and animation were okay... Like, season 1 Family Guy quality. It was ridiculously unrealistic in it's logic and world view, but it all took place in Madea's dream, so that explains it. It's kind of a "This is how Madea sees the world" movie. And to it's credit, it did make me laugh once towards the end.
I'll be honest, since she was already a living cartoon character to begin with, the animated medium is probably the best place for Madea to keep pumping out her movies. The insane s**t she inexplicably gets away with didn't bother me nearly as much as it did in her other movies.
I give it a 3/10.
