most of disneys newer movies dont get a lot of recognition cuz they're terrible. disney tries to hard to wow people with their graphics and spend less time on plots... which ends up killing the movie.
there is one new disney movie - pixar not counting on the grounds they are a seperate company funded by disney - that i liked.
the emporers new groove.
most everyone can remember at least one quote from it but it still was considered a flop since it didn't pull in alot of money.

At first I didn't want to see the film, because of Disney recent reputation but I'll admit when I finally forced watch it, I was genuinely surprised as how good it was.

i felt the same way looking at the preview trailors. but then i just gritted my teeth and watched. it made me laugh and i still cant figure out why it didn't pull in more money. maybe they didn't advertise it enough like they did with lilo and stitch.
The great mouse detective was a great movie it should have more credit!! And one live-action movie made by disney that i'm sure no one knows about it is bedknobs and broomstickes with angela lansbury.. also one of my favorites as a child.

Yeah I think so to, It should have had more advertisement.
Anyone remember Max Keebler's Big Move? I absolutley love that movie, but it wasn't too well known until they started playing it on Disney Channel. I laugh hystericly everytime I watch it. The plot may sound lame, but it's extremly funny. Then agian, with Josh Peck it's bound to be funny.

lol...yea. i own it. it is a good movie and a lot of ppl i talk to about it don't know a thing about it. >.< oh well, some movies just don't make it to the big time
i would have liked treasure planet more if it hadn't used so much 3D. i'm a stickler for things like that. i hate how the characters are 2D but the rest, to me, just says the artists were too lazy to draw a background afterwards.
