I don't think it's broken. When Katara healed Aang with the Spirit Oasis his arrow glowed and then he woke up. I think she revived Aangs Avatar spirit. But that's just my inner fangirl speaking. XP He probably can't go into the avatar state anymore. ._.; *emo tear* ;_;

When my English tutor went to visit Nick Studios earlier this year, she mentioned new hairstyles and outfits...but at the same time she said she had expected had that to happen.
What she was really excited about was what she referred to as "Ultra Cool Brand New Bending Skills blaugh " for some of the other characters sweatdrop
She claimed that during her visit, she was allowed to watch some of Sifu's students perform for the Art Team.
She mentioned Zuko getting some new moves and that even Sokka had a few cool moves as well. rofl

As for the clothes, I figured that if hairstyles changed...clothing would change 3nodding
