For me, it would be the Cheshire Cat. I love cats, and I love morally ambiguous characters. The cat struck me as more interesting because until his rescue of the Mad Hatter, we had no idea who's side he was on, and it was great finding out he was on the same side I was rooting for. That, and I love his grin! He's so cute! In a way, he really reminds me of Bleach's Ichimaru Gin.

Though to be honest, I really, really love Johnny Depp! I just prefer the Cheshire Cat though.
