i think Rex is either hare of mad hatter (or that part's reserved the woman, Hattie, i dunno)
Harry Hunt is a male version of Red queen cuz of the "he'll have your head for saying that" line Whitey says.

First off - I LOVE THIS MOVIE!

Harry is actually supposed to represent The Queen of Hearts. The Red Queen is an entirely different character.
Doochey is the Duchess. Clues to this are her comments about her soup.
