We had an Alice wedding too. I would have done a ton more if I could have, but unfortunately we couldn't afford it. I made my centerpieces out of teapots from thrift stores, and mismatched tea cups I turned into candles. Also had cupcake escort cards, our wedding website was all Alice too. I have loads of ideas. smile We just had a small budget, so I did everything by myself for less than 3 grand. smile

Here's some ideas
-Black suited playing cards decorations on the brides side, red on the grooms
-Chessboard decorated tables
-Hors d'oeuvres being classical English tea time sandwiches, cakes, etc
-Blue butterfly backdrop behind the altar

I could sit here and think of more ideas for hours ^-^

I would love an AiW wedding. I think the hardest point would be still keeping it elegant and well a wedding, instead of just a big themed event. I always find simple vintage table clothes, lace or white, paired with mismatched chairs to be so pretty. Then add maybe the awesome teacup centerpieces! Red roses, a must have!!

Wow! That is a brilliant and cute idea!!

You could also try the "Eat me" and "Drink me" on the food table with cup cakes and cookies...(vodka shots for the drink me thing...perhaps?)

You could also try to sit your guest on character them ed tables...for example "oh! You are sitting on the Chesire Cat table! You are sitting at the mad hatter's table" ....then again that would be a great inconvinience....maybe the whole teapot/teacup thing might work...its adorable anyways. heart heart
