Hello. I'm also searching for neighbors only, no chating and so on. I water my tree daily and I'd send evolution potions till I have 4+ neighbors, then I'd send starseeds. (sorry for my English)

i have temporarily removed 2 people from my neighbors list because they have watered there whistles only 2 x in the past 15 days! to be put back on start watering them DAILY. and to those who asked me to add them only to ignore me and not add me to their list they will be removed within the next 4 days or sooner . i will sent out 1 more reminder to these people (i have already sent about 5 -10 reminders already!)and then remove them. thank you for listening.
