Question about Achievements

For the achievement "treasure hunter"
I have done what is required.. but it would not give me the achievement..
this also goes for window shopper and forum explorer and people watcher. 3 achievements that complete the citizen achievement..

would anyone happen to know why these are not working for me?

I don't believe there is a guide for all this.. cause one would think these are easy to achieve
