Day Dream Walker

The plan this morning was to work out first thing, but apparently I was bitten by some bug on my finger yesterday, and my right hand ring finger is swelled up to the point I can't get my ring on (luckily I took it OFF overnight).
Don't think it would be a good idea to either swim or work out on the machines with my hand throbbing & finger swollen, so I'll wait till it gets a little better.

Oh my god, are you okay though? eek
Man I HATE bug stings soo much!!!
Thank god you took the ring overnight!!
I hope you get better fast!

The swelling has gone down a bit, but the finger is still really sore, and red. I'm going to soak it in epsom salts tonight, and hopefully that will pull some of the toxins out of it & speed the healing.

Wow...soaking just one finger is harder than it sounds.
Finally decided to use a coffee cup, and it's working pretty well.
Reduced to typing one handed, though.

Typing one handed is really slow. Have to actually think about it & look at the keyboard.
Normally i watch the screen as I type, not the keys.

Soaking it seemed to help. I'll try ice again in a few minutes.

My finger looked and felt so much better this morning that I went and swam!
All the rest of my fingers turned wrinkly, but that one didn't, so it's still swollen.
It hurts a lot less, and I can actually bend it easily today.

Now I have to get ready for work.
