I just had to search the exact same thing.
Click on the My Gaia tab and scroll down a little, it's on the bottom right I think, you'll see it (under where it says how many items, blah blah etc.)

I only just now got into doing posts in the forums. when I 1st started gaia, I never posted anything, and when that started achievements, it gave me something to do.
