I'm not sure, but it doesn't specify that you have to be a guy to get the achievement, just that you have to have it available. I'm guessing it'll work the other way too.

This achievement will not work if you double post in it D:

Each page contains up to 15 posts. Rule 1. Poster MUST be the gender required. He/she is counted in the 15 needed. Rule 2. You cant double post or you ruin the count, thusly only having 14 DIFF people. You need 15 diff people including yourself to get the achy.

This is the reason you have the two gender changing potions. This is why you received the two bottles of gender changing potions. To change from one gender to the other one. You may not have qoutes in your thread either, and you may only post once.
Guys need to be females to get clam back, and girls need to be guys to recieve the sausage fest achievements. The individuals posting on these threads need to remain the same gender for at least 24 hours before changing back.
