Cyprus is actually a choice made by chance. My sister is doing her PhD and is attending a conference there, so she asked if I wanted to come along and prolonged the stay a little. 3nodding

I think Islands like that are always the most fun, I was thinking of going someday but I have to hit the main places in Europe first. But I heard it also has areas not touched by man that are suppose to be beautiful but I wanted to visit the tombs the most! You'll have to let me know if its as cool as it sounds. 3nodding

I'm not the biggest fan of islands. I was on a really small one in Croatia once and it was the end of tourist season... the local restaurants were literally running out of food and the only local grocery store was only open from 5-7pm or something like that. And Ibiza and Mallorca are basically nice (out of season, otherwise too crowded), but there's nothing there to really see or do except hang around.
But. Cyprus is quite big actually and has an incredibly long history, so it should work out. blaugh
