Upon your arrival to the grand tower for the ball, you come upon a room titled, 'Den of Darkness' during your time exploring the tower's nooks and crannies. Of course, such a name would definitely bring to mind torture, evil, and very occult things that could definitely drive a person over into the abyss however...

That's hardly what this Den of Darkness is.

Instead, it is an elaborately decorated Victorian home large enough to fit any amount of guests. As you are pushed and shoved around, you are startled by a grandiose staircase that winds up to the many levels that appear to fit this home. A man stands with two women at either side at the very top, and after the guests settled down to the sound of him clearing his throat for attention, he speaks with a strong Indian accent:

"Good evening, ladies and..." he smirks softly, "men. I would like to introduce your hosts! To my left is Chastity, and to my right is Lust!"

Chastity and Lust look upon the guests, but of course each within her own fashion. Chastity appears to be a very young woman; however her stature and reserved appearance shows her to be very mature and wise. Lust, on the other hand, appears older in age, but her body seems to do no more than seduce, and she seems to be very bored by the current proceeding.

"I am their advisor, Kiran Kavi," the man continues, "one of the three co-hosts for this ball. And if I may introduce..." he swept his hand away to welcome yet another addition to the proceeding, "Lust's son Eliot and daughter Samantha."

The two women next to the host step away and down the stairs to make room for the co-hosts. Out of a room behind them enters another young woman, who blushes and shies away from the attention. It is clear she discomforted by it - but it also appears that no one else is with her.

"My, my..." a voice sounds out from the crowd of the silent guests, "My, my, my... aren't you a pretty thing? You should consider spending the night with me... if you catch my drift."

Your attention is caught by another man who seems to be flirting with one of the Gaian guests. Her face already had become as red as the apple held within Lusts' hands at the thought of what he was suggesting. Unabashed, she leaned forward to reply, "Oh, who needs nightfall to come around?"

Lust snorted, amused by the ordeal now - definitely her cup of tea, yet...

"There will be enough time for this later, Eliot, right now we don't need this to be any longer than it has to be."

Chastity, however, has an expression of disappointment on her face. With half a sigh and a cross of her arms, she makes a short gesture, "Elliot, while I'm certain your mother is very... proud of your bravado, now is hardly the time and place for such things. Take your place as a host immediately."

"Well, my love, duty calls.." he rakishly pressed a kiss to the woman's hand and is suddenly airborne, the wings upon his feet taking him to the top of the stairs. The guests, including the girl who seemed to come to her senses, watch him in wonder. Blowing a kiss, he winks, "See you later tonight, dear!"

"The room we are now in is the sitting room," Chastity begins to explain, "Make yourself comfortable here. You are all welcome. The dining room is to your left, the library is to your right. Outside you will find a garden and a gazebo. We ask that you stay within these lower floors, however, and do not come upstairs without out permission..."

Lust chuckles darkly and leans over the railing, blowing a kiss in a similar manner to her son, "Of course... you're all welcome to my room..."

"Lust!"

Do use good grammar. If others cannot understand what you are saying, they can’t interact with you.

Do turn large signatures & aquariums off. So conversations can be followed clearly and with less hassle. Also cuts down on lag.

BIO: Rude, crude, and very sexy, Lust has long been the physical drive for many Gaians. She claims that relationships are built on what the body can offer, and those who are more compatible physically will succeed over those more compatible intellectually. Of course she's been through many men and women, so her success in relationships is arguable at best.



Chastity
PLAYED BY: ciel fei soleil
BIO: Chastity is elegant and reserved, but very kind. However, she is also strict, and will enforce rules where they need enforcing. And most importantly, she is very patient. She claims that relationships work best when lovers are intellectually compatible, and share a connection beyond that of the body. However, she has never found the person who connects with her best. Unfortunately, her patience is wearing thin, and she wants to try to make that connection and find 'The One' sometime soon.

Samantha Cera
PLAYED BY: Daku-chan
BIO: Samantha is Lust's youngest child, and was born a boy. She's very shy, which makes her incapable of following in her mother's footsteps. However, her brother Eliot seems to be a possible mentor in the seductive arts.


Kiran Kavi
PLAYED BY: x_Silver_Starlight_x
BIO: Kiran is the only human in the group. He was taken in by Chastity and given immortality. He regards Chastity highly, and loyally follows her as a student and a servant. His relationship with Lust is less than ideal, and instead is reluctant in serving her.

Eliot Lust
PLAYED BY: Poyudi Hitori
BIO Eliot is Lust's eldest child, and used to be very close to his mother. However, now, he more or less resents her for not being in his life, and being in the tower. He was raised by his father, an unknown deity.

Writing Contest - CLOSED
Lust wants to know your deepest desires through poetry and short stories. The theme? Sizzling relationships, sex, and more. Chastity insists that it remains tasteful though, so don't go over the top. Lust will provide some example of poetry that are appropriate. This is the big contest: You could win an Alruna's Rose.

Art Contest
As a man of impeccable taste, Kiran has volunteered to host an art contest for those with artistic capabilities. The contest will be running until the end of the ball. Voting will begin Sunday evening, and winner will be announced Monday afternoon.

Avatar Contest
Eliot knows beauty. He knows it very well. As such, he has taken it upon himself to host the Annual Ball's King and Queen avatar contest for the Den of Darkness. The contest will end Saturday at11:59 pm EST. Winners of this contest will go unto the final contest, with a chance to win title of King or Queen of Sin, and an Alruna's Rose!

Shy Away Contest
In case you were wondering, Samantha there is shy. She'd rather not get a lot of attention. She didn't really grow up around people, you know? Well, anyways, she's pretty good at hiding, so anyone who can beat her at her own game deserves something. Anyone who posts last, every 15 pages will receive 5k. Pages must be a multiple of 15 (15, 30, 45, 60). PM Samantha Cera with a link to your post, and she'll send you a trade. This will continue until we run of of gold.
