Yeah you look at the number at the end of the thread URL to see what post number you made and then you count the number of posts after it. There are fifteen posts to a page so that's how you figure out when you're close to the top of the next page. My last post was 110 and this one I'm quoting is 114.

And for the record this post is 120.
