Why are you depressed?~

One of my best friends is still being harassed by the a*****e father he thought he'd gotten out of his life for good, and I'm too far away to do anything but offer sympathy.

That's terrible~

I know the feeling sort of since my sister had to leave the state from her abusive husband 6 years ago. I've never seen her since. sad She still calls and she's married again now so everything's mostly better, but still...

I just don't understand how people can be such assholes to their own flesh and blood, or to those they claim to love.

I just don't understand how people can be such assholes to their own flesh and blood, or to those they claim to love.

Aside from the usual cyclical repetition in an abuser's family history, I'd think it's probably because it's a lot harder to break familial ties than relationship. They're bound by law, blood, and staying in the same house.

idk i would advise you to enjoy your unemployment now b/c it can really be a b#@!! at times. lol ^^
and actually i don't like coffee. I drink it sometimes, but very rarely

the thing that keeps me awake is music, and i know when to play certain songs in order to keep me going. Music is really an interesting thing when you know how to use it...

and am a muslim, so it's a very different experience than whatever christian school you were in sweatdrop
and actually not many boys are in religious schools... although thats very debatable. lol XD

and yes patience is a virtue

Well, I know that can be true (believe me, my mother has come home with black eyes and such from shoplifters). Still, work always gives me a boost. You may find it strange, but I love work enough to skip meals.

0-0 No way, someone who also doesn't drink much coffee! I drink vanilla latte's on rare occasion, but it usually doesn't have much effect on me. And besides lattes, I don't care for the taste~

Well, I still am in the Christian school. xD
