It's usually the people who post something like a single emoticon, or just rubbish. My guess is that it's the user "XxminicutexX", as the script box just appeared while I was typing this.

You can tell when someone is posting the password phishing link because a broken image box will appear in their post after you cancel the password prompt. If you force a show image on that box, the password prompt pops up again. I've reported it too. 3nodding
