Hmmm
It isn't bad there are a few proportions off here and there but, as a whole it isn't entirely bad. The top of the head where you were coloring it in is a bit scribbled like the angle was awkward for you or something....Her lower lip is a little too small and the forehead seems a bit too big....the bangs probably should have been started a little farther up instead of so far back on the forehead.

<Not trying to be mean!!!! Just doing that Constructive Criticism stuff >

Kara- Thanks but can you comment on my shading as well. I could use a few lessons on Anime and Realism but I taught myself so I think I did pretty good job considering I've never even used a book on anime to learn.

I've only been drawing about...4-6 years....and I still have ALOT to learn =~=;

Shading wise...Shading has always been a weakness of mine...but, to be honest...with the positioning of the drawing and how little of her is actually shown the shading looks ok to me.
