One of the ears on her hat flicked at the sound of the snipping. Then flicked again. With every tiny -snip-, it gave a flick.

Slowly, Kibichu opened one disgruntled eye and poked it out from her arms, glaring at the source of the -snip-ing sound.

"Ehee..." Apel blushes. "I'm editing that one story... old school style." She gives the scissors a few more snips in the air.

She notes Kibi's glare.

She puts the scissors away and figures a way to be quieter.

Turning her back to the rest of the room...

Apel crumples the scraps into a little ball and throws it in a trash bin behind the bar. She takes a large swig of her drink.

"Alright so that one story contest story thing will be in my journal if anyone cares," she says as she pulls the top off a glu-stick.

She whistles a tune as she twists the bottom so enough glue sticks out the top.

She hums a ditty as she pastes and rubs the story excerpts into her journal.

A puff of smoke from her cigarette, she twists the stick down and replaces the cap. She slams her journal shut.
