The sounds around them seem to stop, as these two held one another. She couldn't say how much time passed in their kiss, a minuite. A day? A month? Time seems a mere figment of imagination as the two embrace.
Krakhaft pulls away, a pained expression on her face, an expression so sad, that it would make one want to rip their own heart out before they felt that kind of sadness."It seems" she whispers lightly, her voice shaking ever so slightly, as if try to keep something back "it seems" she whispers again, her voice still shaking "that you have another" Gently Krankhaft kisses smiley-gremlin once more and then pulls away to leave.
She watches as Krankhaft turns to leave. Unsure what to do, she freezes for a second.
She starts to run foward but trips on her dress, faling to the floor. Tears flow from her eyes, a mixture of pain and confusion. The music plays on.
Hearing a quiet thump behind her, Krankhaft turns, seeing her new found love in such distress, is too much to bare, she runs forward, forgetting about any other person that there might have been, think only of how she wanted to hold smiley-gremlin, and to make the tears stop. Dropping to her knees, Krankhaft grabs a hold of her. 'Why?" Krankhaft ask softly."why couldn't I just walk away from you?" All the while Krankhaft pulls smiley-gremlin closer, "please, don't leave me" krankhaft whispers, so softly, that it seems as if her heart was screaming it from inside her.
She sobbed into Krankhafts' shoulder weakly. As her tears stopped she moved her mouth close to her ear.
"I never would..." She whipered, "I'd never be able to..."
She put her arms around Krankhaft, never wanting to let go.
Pulling smiley-gremlin with her as she stood up, krankhaft lightly brushes the hair from smiley-gremlin's face, and leans in to kiss any trace of tear away, slowly moving downward, she claims her mouth again with her own, savoring the taste, the beautifully exquisite taste of her love. Holding her so close, as if trying to merge their souls together, removing any bit of space that was trying to keep them apart.
