I think Brazil will edge it because of home advantage (damn, I'm Brazilian so this seems biased, but I don't really want us to win for political reasons!), but I see Spain, Germany and surprise Belgium as title contenders too.
One single year can tip the balance greatly. Brazil were once ranked #1 in the FIFA rankings, until Spain took over a few years back. But now it seems that Brazil are gaining strength once again. Their victory over Spain in the 2013 Confederations Cup showed just how much they can bounce back, on occasion.
