My opinion is kinda null and void, seeing as Aria hasn't really captured my interest in terms of general plot, so I haven't read it or watched it's first episode. However, I am greatly pleased with how Ao no Exorcist turned out. The first episode is different from the manga, but it stayed true all the way. I love the music they put into it, the voice actor choices for the characters, and the animation in general. I'm happy to see Father Fuji getting more screen time than just one episode like I was expecting. Makes ya feel like this series will accumulate a good following and a long anime series, which makes me excited. What I guess I'm really hoping for is another FullMetal Alchemist sort of thing, where the anime went on a different tangent from the manga (you can't not expect that with Ao, since there's less than 30 chapters), but still be amazing. One can only hope though, but if they keep up the good work, Ao will continue to be amazing. C:
