All of the aforementioned sites are illegal and posting them can get you warned/banned.

You should look into Hanasaku Iroha and Steins;Gate on crunchyroll, and [C] on funimation.

For legal and official Sub episodes I've been poking around Viz's anime site. They've been doing Tiger&Bunny and Ao no Exorcist (Blue Exorcist) which are the only new anime this season I've decided to follow religiously...

Try animeseason.com. It depends on the series you want to see but they have several.
