Hey when I try to buy the collectibles with my mobile I get the text but when I reply Y gaia replyies with a box O_o I've redone this multiple times and it's the same thing.

*Covers her face* Okay so I have a problem and the only answer I got was to a url that no longer exists so I think my account's about to be banned and I don't have the answers to fix it.

When I did this stupid monthly items thing it used the wrong ruddy card that no longer exists. In short Paypal effed me over cuz it's too thorough. XD; But when I went to find a person to help me with the problem that it pulled from money that doesn't exist I found a broken URL

I'm not quite certain what to do other than to sit back and twiddle my thumbs and wait to be banned. XD; Which I'd rather not have you know? Is there any advice on that when the very thing made to help you errs?

Ack! My mistake! The Feedback/Contact Us link in the first page has been changed again and outdated crying ...please use this link: http://www.gaiaonline.com/contact/feedback and under Billing Inquiry.

Remember, these links are at the bottom of all Gaia Online pages. Also, Gaia does not quickly ban accounts due to this reason.

if u get any PM's from friends regarding a tinyurl link to the avatar arena, please disregard and delete it. tis nothing but a phishing link that has already claimed two victims, and perhaps a third.

i got the same message. everyone who got one, just make sure to confirm ur email settings for ur account and be sure to check if u sent out any messages to ur friends list automatically.

if u didnt sent anything myserious and ur email is perfect, then chances are that ur in the clear.

Also to adding to what you said...
The fake TRUNK/PINK box link ... that someone is posting around saying VOTE FOR MY AVATAR...beware.. >_< don't input your username it is a way to scam your username and password. Always think twice before inputing your account info.

If in doubt...type out GaiaOnline.com yourself.

yes, that is the trap that caught me.. getting the link from a friend's PM, i didnt think twice about checking it out. then, seeing the floating trunk, i click it thinking "oh, this is my lucky day.."
