In my opinion, it all sounds as if people went out of their way to 'spot' the 'pornographic' references they needed in order to raise a stink. I must have watched The Little Mermaid over 20 times during the summer of my 8th birthday, and I always thought the priest was just being a senile moron.

People will see what they want to see, whether or not anything is even there to make a fuss over.

I still have that VHS cover.
The Little Mermaid is my favorite Disney movie,
and I watched it so many times, I wore out a VHS and had to replace it.
I never saw any of the things that were supposed to be in there,
until someone pointed them out to me.

I own a lot of the original Disney movies on VHS. But the urban legends are definately interesting.

I've known about if for years. From what I've heard it was intentional by the guy who created it. He was mad at Disney because he was being fired or something like that after he finished the cover.
