*hypothetical situation*

gaia has introduced a new
evolving item...you.

users can now have their
avatars go through the changes
of life.
you buy a potion [elixir? powder?
ointment?] from the cash shop.
[it would also be available in
the marketplace, of course,
once other users start selling]

when you go to your in-
ventory and use that thing
you bought, your avatar
would turn into a baby.

after a certain amount of
time [3-4 months or so] your
avatar goes to the next
stage.

i'm thinking the stages would
be something like baby, toddler,
kid [10 years old-ish], teenager,
young adult, adult and old person.

then, once you finish all of the
stages, you get a non-tradeable
item that you can equip to be
in any one of the stages.

new stores would open, with
clothes for each stage that
your avi goes through.



so, geeseedeeeeee, what
would you do?

would you buy it?
would you just keep your
non-age avatar?
save it for the mules?

well, i said 3-4 months,
because it would have
to be something that
was worth it, y'know?

if it were just a week
or two, everybody would
get it an it wouldn't be
as special.
