OO! Definately one day I'll be wearing my rave kitty gear. Hopefully by then I will have my Guitar Hero purse finished. I saw someone who had made a purse out of an old NES. When my little cousin toasted his controller, I stole it. My dad helped me gut it last week. He's going to set me up with a saw to cut out some unneccessary plastic bits on the inside, and help me put hinges and a clasp on it. I might ask my stepmom to help me knit a strap.

Are you using the full thing or are you taking off the neck?

I was totally thinking about being all ravey one day.

I was also thinking about maybe being lolita-ish one day 'cause it would match my friends normal day garb.


I'm leaving the neck on because I don't know how to cover the gaping hole that would be in the top if I pulled it out. My dad was looking at it and said "You know this won't hold a lot." My answer: Yes, but it will look so cool!

My rave outfit isn't the best, mostly cuz I just started putting it together at Anime Punch in April. It all started with the rave hair I bought.

Aah. I've never really been too much of a fan for the ravey dread wigs. I've only ever found one yarn one that I liked.

Psh! Just put a bunch of neons clothes together with some awesome make-up and you'll be dandy.

o.o Actually dressing ravey tonight for when I head out to the arcades.


I like them, but they were always overpriced. The pair I ended up with were $10 for really long ones and they have a butt-ton of bright colors. I dunno why I liked them.

Now I'm also trying to get started on a duct tape corset.

Well, Sakura Mart is closed till the 6th due to vacation... a*****e who owns the bar next door was walkin' his dog and made some comments about how they were closed so I couldn't get sushi.

Still can't find a local place to get EL wire from.

I'm making my costume and my sisters. I just go to Jo-Ann fabrics when they have sales and buy patterns that are similar to the outfits and look at the discounted fabric....although....I haven't bought any fabric yet.....I guess with buying the outfit you don't have to worry about making it. If you buy the costume, make sure your going to use it

Last year I made a duct tape outfit, the guitar was free cuz someone had smashed it up at school so I just did little repairs and covered it in tape. I had to go on ebay and buy a wig and goggles. Everything else, i pretty much had I use my wig for two other cosplays now

I have high hopes for it. I just need to actually go fetch said duct tape. I have my heart set on a purple and black color scheme, and only recently found out where to get purple. It requires a run to the local office supply store, which I unfortnately can't walk to.

And after today, I don't trust myself to take the bus...
