The Gaia Job Center is THE place to find a Gaian job or people to work in your shop, thread or guild. A Gaian job? This isn't a real-life job where you get paid real money - this is a job where you can do tasks on Gaia [such as bumping, advertising, etc.] and get paid Gaian gold. Workers? If you need bumpers to keep your thread at the top, or more artists to work in your shop, then you can allow those people to come to you.
Note: The jobs you get will likely be outside the guild.

As for rules, you just need to follow what the Gaia Job Center Guide says. You also can go to the guide on how to get your job/workers, what to post where, how everything is run, and a bunch of other useful things.

What's cool about the guild is if you're waiting to get your job/workers, or you're just bored, you can check out our subforums. We've got lots of subforums, so of course there's plenty to do.
When you join, there's nothing specific you need to put in the join request - just mention how you found us and we'll be happy. ;3

Yeah, I know, but I'm hoping that since now people know that they can work, [and that not all jobs are that difficult/time consuming] then maybe they'll think twice about begging. ^-^

So....what kind of jobs are there? I saw one girl up the page about being hired as a bumper...I could do that...But I'd like someone to tell me what kind of jobs there are exactly?

Well, if you want to look at people who are hiring, they specify what they want - bumpers, advertisers, etc. There are a TON of jobs out there. You can be an Exchanger, Gamer, Bumper, Advertiser, and even more. If you just take a browse at all the different things people want to be, then it could give you some ideas. ;D
