Kingdom Hearts II Sticky


Release Date: March 28, 2006

Welcome to the Kingdom Hearts II sticky. Kingdom Hearts II, is the highly anticipated sequal to Kingdom Hearts, a joint project by Square-Enix and Disney.

Please use this sticky for all Kingdom Hearts II discussion. From favorite characters, to tips to beating bosses. Remember the ToS, so no flaming or spamming.

Reporting: This sticky is for Kingdom Hearts II threads only. Do not report Kingdom Hearts threads, KHII threads only.

Note: This is in regards to the release date. The release date changes from location to location, depending on the source you are looking at. I decided to go with the general March 28th release date as it easier then tracking down all the dates that each store will have the game up for purchase.

Please make sure to check with retailers before going to the store to see if they have it up for sale. And please stop PMing me about the release date, I am well aware of the date that I put up. Thank you.

Note 2.0: Just to clear it up, there is no official announcement that KH2 FM+ will be released outside of Japan. And most likely never will be. This game is, so far, Japan Only and the only way to play it is to import it.

Kingdom Hearts


Kingdom Hearts is a joint project between Square-Enix and Disney. The story revolves around Sora, a young man whos world as he knows it is destroyed when a violent storm hits his home, seperating him from his
two friends, Kairi and Riku.

When Sora re-awakens he is introduced to Donald and Goofy, who are searching for their lost King, Mickey. Along with the Heartless, shadowy creatures out to destroy the world. Sora and his new friends begin on a journey to save the worlds and reunite Sora with what he has lost, those that are most important to him.

Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories



The game begins where Kingdom Hearts left off. Sora, Donald and Goofy are chasing Pluto, King Mickey's dog, down a dirt road into the horizon. Sora wakes in the middle of the night. He gets up and walks for a while until he reaches a crossroads. Then, a voice says: "Ahead lies what you seek--" He looks around and sees no one. Then, after turning again, he sees a mysterious man in a black coat. "--but to claim it, you must lose something dear." The man vanishes and there is now only one road. The road to Castle Oblivion.

Throughout the game, Sora and friends begin to forget certain memories as new ones are created in their place. Sora must fight his way through his memories to fight out the truth about Castle Oblivion and the secretive girl, Naminé.

Kingdom Hearts II


Set one year after the events of Chain of Memories, Sora, Donald and Goofy are continuing on their journey.

They will encounter old friends and new, including King Mickey. Following their quest as it takes them to familiar worlds and to those that are brand new. They continue their battle with the Heartless and enemies that are brand new.

Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix +


Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix + is the International version of KH2 with added features released in Japan. Including new cut scenes, new boss battles, new drive forms and items. Along with KH2, it comes packaged with a new version of Chain of Memories for your PS2.

Like Kingdom Hearts Final Mix, this is a Japan Only release. You can only play this game by importing it from Japan and it will only play of a Japanese PS2 (or modded International PS2).

So far, there is NO International release date planned, any release dates you may see are simply rumors as Square has never announced an official release date.

Kigndom Hearts is so spiftastic that it gets a sticky!!

I can't wait for it as well but am forced to by the laws of time a release dates... why can't i control at least ONE of those things!! crying

I got it safetly pre-ordered away ninja
