• 'Twas the night before Christmas
The stars were shining so bright,
    And every little twinkle
Was helping warm the cold night.

    When suddenly, out of nowhere,
There was a red blur in the sky
    "It's Santa! It's Santa! It's Santa!"
    The little children would cry.

    Alas, it wasn't Santa
Or any of his little elves
    It was a reindeer
    A reindeer all by himself.

    The reindeer was crying
"Who can I spend the holiday with?"
    He remembered the times
Wth his family, whom he had dearly missed.

Suddenly, a little girl spotted him
    In the cold night.
She welcomed him in her house
    And fed him just right.

    "Thank you, young girl."
    The reindeer said,
    "Any wish you want
    I can grant"

    The girl thought about it
"All I want for Christmas is you:
    you're an awsome friend
who cares about his friends, too."

    The reindeer smiled
    "Oh, I'd be happy to!"

    From that day on
    They did everything together
    From polishing shoes
    To making fine leather.

    They stayed best friends
For the rest of their lives
    Forever and ever.
