• (Boy point of view)
She sits there and stares at me,
Like she is wondering who I am.
I can't help but stare back at her,
    Wondering why she is staring,
    And who she is.
I try to ignore her and dance,
With the other girls around me.
But I feel her eyes on me,
Like they are glued to me.
So I keep looking back at her,
Till the pretty blonde next to me,
Takes my hand tightly with hers,
    And drags me upstairs.
As I get dragged up those wooden stares,
I look back at the girl in the corner.
    My eyes go wide,
    She is so beautiful,
Like a diamond in the sunlight.
She is so precious, so shy.
    I can't help but spread a smile,
    Because I realize
I love that girl in the corner

    (Girl of view)
I can't help but stare at him,
The handsome face a few feet away.
    He is so precious,
So perfect, he is like a dream.
    He is everything I dreamed,
    Why can't he be mine?
I could walk up to him,
But I don't know what to say.
So, I'll just sit here and think.
Think about how I will make him happy,
If he said yes to me.
I'll think about how I will make his heart race,
    When he is dead asleep.
I'll think about how I would kiss him,
    Gently or fiercly.
I'll think about how I will make him smile,
Even when the sky is dark and gray.
I'll think about how I will make him laugh,
Even when he is full of hate and rage.
And I'll think about how I will say I love you to him,
    It wont be easy,
And it mat take a few tries to say,
    But I don't care,
Because I love the boy on the dancefloor.
