• Innocent wonder, questioning eyes
Put their whole hearts into love, dont know the meaning of lies
Captures your heart with their childlike chaste
Their smiles are always as pure as white lace
They don't even know that they are naive
Naive to have faith, Naive to believe
But they are right while we are wrong
They have the happiness we sought after so long
The joy we too felt when we were just kids
    Before we grewup, became insipid
They love you despite the things you may do
All they ever wish for, is to be loved too
They believe in you when you cant believe in yourself
They play with you when you feel like a broken doll on a shelf
They melt your exterior, heat up your core
They dont realize their words effect you even more
When you fell like you're lost, with no where to turn
They come over to you, with looks of concern
The hugs given from them are worth so much
As are the stories they share as they're eating their lunch
Their life is what you wish yours could be
Loving everything, only seeing what you want to see
Their lives seem so easy, so simple, no fears
Only when they bleed do they seem to shed tears
This innocence children have that you pray will never die
Its such a shame when that innocence tells them good-bye
