Bio- Nohime is Nobunaga's 1st Lieutenant and the designated coordinator for the Owari Fleet during their many battles. She, alongside her childhood caretaker Mitsuhide Akechi, became a part of Nobunaga's forces as a part of a supposed alliance between Mino and Owari, but in actuality Nohime is the only daughter and heir to Mino's ruler, Dosan Saito, and was tasked by her father to spy on Nobunaga's actions for her country's sake. She grows increasingly reluctant to do so however; the more she comes to know Nobunaga and learns of his foolish, but idealistic ambition for peace. Thus she finds herself torn between her duty to her nation and father, and her actual desires. This conflict reaches its tipping point when Mino finally bares arms against Nobunaga to prevent him from going to the Capital to suppress the rebellion there; wherein Nohime decides to ally with Nobunaga and his dream. Nohime, despite being a princess, became an accomplished officer in Mino's fleet at a young age and displays a very earnest and hardworking personality; always willing to give her all no matter how hard the task is. However, she tends to suffer from frequent clumsiness and a lack of confidence in her abilities despite being a top marked officer. Her time spent with Nobunaga gradually begins to inspire her to be more sure of herself and try even harder to achieve her dreams. She also begins to develop feelings of admiration toward Nobunaga which quickly turn into love, though she tries to hide it. She is infamously bad at cooking and has a peculiar taste in foods; being able to eat sweet and spicy foods in tandem without a problem. She's also easily flustered and tends to panic when put under the right pressure; this often causes her to be the target of teasing from many characters, much to her discomfort.
