• The rules:
Everyone is in a team of 3. The are the runners, and the "it's". the runners are the ones that are trying to get to the tagging point, and the "it's" are the ones that are to tag the runners out. Its pretty much like tag, but a little different. See the Runners MUST stay with their groups at all time, and they all must tag the tagging point together. If anyone in their group gets split, or tagged the whole group is out. The "it's" dont have to stay with their groups, they can move about freely and tag whomever they like.

Yeah so here is the rules i tell everyone. They seemed excited, which made me happy, cause i kind of made the game on the spot. I wanted to have a game that involved team work and getting your adrenaline pumping, and was fun. And sure enough EVERYONE loved the game.

After game time was over, we went back to playing over our songs, and it was the end of the day. i remember thinking how happy the first day of band camp went, and how smoothly things went except from the rude comment from the freshman, but it just made me eager to try harder for a great year.

    NEXT DAY!

The next day of band camp was sort of the same, drills, reading over music.
But today i was to take a group of students and instruct them on how to backwards march, sure enough i got that rude freshman!

"ok so make sure you guys dont bend your legs when your marching backwards" i explained to my group.
"Why do we have to do this? this is stupid, i'm not doing this" the freshman sneered.
"fine then dont do it" i sort of snapped back. I hate when people think they can do whatever they want, especially when they treat me like crap. i was just not going to let a freshman push me around.

So my group followed my instructions except for the freshman who just kind of watched while everyone attempted the "backwards march"

When it was time to switch groups i was relieved. i really had no idea what was his deal.

Drills went smoothly except for that little annoyance. after drill was lunch time.

Me and judy, along with Kali, coral, Lonnie, and Adam, went to a store that was near the school. Adam came with us cause he had no other friends at band, which was fine since it was only the second day.
We go friendship rings out of those vending machine and i got a pink ring, which matched Adam. I didnt want to put it on and have it match his, cause well in highschool, people would assume that you guys would have to be dating. So while everyone put their ring on, i tucked mine into my pocket.

when we got back to the school, my friends asked where my ring was. i slowly took it out of my pockets.
"Why is it in there?" judy asked.
"Well i dont want to wear it cause Adam has the same one" i said pointing to the ring on his finger.
"Just put it on" they whined. i did what they asked.

"How was lunch" a person from the band asked.
"it was great" i responded "we even go friendship rings" me and my friends showed the others.
"Are you an Adam together" the freshman smirked.
"No it just happened to come out of the machine the same color". i said trying to keep my cool down. I had no idea why he hated me, i never did or said one thing to him, was i really that horrible of a person to be judge so quickly. He didnt even know me. I didnt even know his name!
