• “Sir, the girl you wanted has come.” The short one eyed man said in a muffled voice.
“Excellent, bring her to me before the prince see’s her.” Glendle smirked as he turned to face the short man.
“Yes my lord, it shall be done before dawn.”

Momo woke up to the sound of birds chirping in her ear, as her eyes focused on the bright sun she noticed… she wasn’t in her room, or her house.
“Where… Where the hell am I?” She asked to the sky, or anything that was around her. Momo got up off the ground and onto her own two feet, taking a glance around she saw a forest to her left and a clear unmowed field to her right, in front of her was a town or village, and behind her was a castle that had a dark, eerie feeling to it. Momo walked into the village unsure of what she should do, surely this was a dream.
“Child you look scared, are you alright?” An elderly man asked, his gray hair was thinning and his face was wrinkled.
“Um, I think I’m lost. Or something I don’t know where I am.” Momo said looking anywhere but at the man.
“Ah the king must have asked for you to visit him.”
“King? Oh, yes please. Where can I find him?”
“He lives in that Castle.” He point toward the dark castle, “Go there he’s looking for you.”
“How does he even know I’m here?” Momo asked, but the man was gone before she could finish her question. Momo looked around no sight of the old man, but she turned toward the castle and started walking.
The walk was short, and when she got there she saw that there were no guards.
“Strange, shouldn’t there be at least one guard on duty right now?” Momo said to herself,
“No, this castle is completely safe. No body can get in and hardly no body can get out, ye gotta be special to get in and out. You don’t look like nothing special.” A short man said to Momo.
“Oh well I’m just trying to find the king. I was told he wanted to talk to me, or something. Can you take me to him please?”
The old man waddled away and Momo followed behind, but not getting to close to the strange short man. “Quickly he is in a very bad mood.”
“Um, right away. I’m coming.” Momo said as the man took her up a spiral staircase. The walls were a dark gray color and covered in something… mold maybe. There was a smell in the air, like rotting bodies are dried blood; everything in this castle didn’t speak royalty it spoke of death, evil, and something else. Another door was opened at the top of the stair case; a dim light was shinning out from it.
“My lord I’ve brought the girl you requested shall I have her change into better clothing?” The short man asked into the doorway.
“Yes I would like to see her in something other then, rags.” A man said, but the way he said ‘rags’ sent a shiver down Momo’s spine.
“Come along child.” The short man said guiding her down a narrow hallway, at the end of the hall was another door way, the door was large and bolted shut.
“Please go inside and pick out a dress to wear so the Lord can see you.”
“Um, ok.” Momo said as the door opened ‘I mean this is only just a dream right?’ she thought as she walked inside to see the room was dark, cold, and empty unexpectedly the door slammed behind her. In front of her were windows but there were bars on the side of them, in the far right corner was a dress. Momo walked closer to the corner to get a better look at the dress, ‘Amazing. I’ve never seen a dress this lovely.’ She thought, and it was true the dress was a jade color with gold trim on the neckline and waistline. There was no design on the dress from what she could see, but it didn’t bother her she just wanted to get into that dress.
Carefully Momo slipped off her clothes and slid into the dress, it was snug around her hips and chest, but when she turned around to find a mirror all she did was stare. The blonde hair that framed her face brought the dresses true color out, the jade color of the dress made her eyes look like blue diamonds. For a second Momo couldn’t believe it was really her, ‘Wow, I look amazing.’ She thought the door slowly opened.
“My lady are you ready now?” It was the short mans voice, but Momo couldn’t see him.
“Yes I am.” Momo replied quickly, she hurried to the door, pulling her dress up as she padded over to the door.
“Stunning My lady.” The short man said almost smiling, Momo smiled back at him.
“Thank you.” Momo said as she walked past the little man, then into the giant room that held the King. The room was huge, but still very dark and evil feeling. She glanced around the room, there were the thrones that held the King and Queen, drapes that were a deep purple color hung over the floor to ceiling high windows, the walks were decorated with family pictures or just pictures of people on horses. Momo stopped and looked at the King; he was sitting down in the throne on the right with a golden crown on his head. The crown looked like it had some type of gems on it, not diamonds but rubies, maybe some emeralds.
