• Chapter 1

Ambrose even as a baby was kind. He never cried, he never got in trouble as a kid, and he was just a dream child for parents. His mother, Alexandria, was a queen. Her kingdom was one of the biggest in the land. Now Alexandria’s husband died before Ambrose was born. This was kind of good since Alexandria didn’t know how to tell her husband that the father of Ambrose was Poseidon.
Soon after Ambrose was born his mother knew that he was different. Two days after Ambrose was born Alexandria was holding Ambrose in the castle. Ambrose then closed his eyes for a second or too. Then Alexandria walked onto the balcony still holding Ambrose. As see walked in the balcony see saw that no body was moving. Not even the animals were moving. It was as if time had stopped. After this Ambrose once again closed his eyes for a second or too. Then everything started to move again. After a minute or two of being speechless Alexandria said to Ambrose “child you are meant to do great things. Lets us hope this things are not evil.”
Then when Ambrose was seven Poseidon saw Ambrose near the ocean and decided to visit his son. As Poseidon got close to Ambrose he saw Ambrose moving his arms back and forth. Then Poseidon saw what Ambrose was doing. He was moving the water! Poseidon was so proud when he saw his son got his god powers, but Ambrose kept making the waves bigger and BIGGER until one of the waves was going to drown the city! People saw Ambrose controlling the wave, but luckily Poseidon stopped it in time. From then on the people hated Ambrose and everyone thought of him as pure evil, except his mother.
Finally when he was 20 his mother was very old. In fact she was on the brink of death and so was her husband. People still hated Ambrose, so he knew he must find something that will redeem him. So he could be a good king and have a queen by his side. Then luck finally struck him. An immortal Cyclopes was going around destroying villages, towns, and cities. Ambrose knew if he could defeat the Cyclopes when it came to destroy his city and people saw him do this he will be redeemed.
There were only two flaws to his plan. One Ambrose was not a muscular guy. In fact his arms were twigs. The only good thing was that he had blue eyes and long black hair. The second flaw was the fact that the Cyclopes was immortal. How do you kill something that’s immortal? Ambrose had to know how to kill an immortal. So he went to the oracle.
On his way he saw the god of strength Hercules. They didn’t talk to each other just walked by each other. Then as Ambrose walked past Hercules his arms felt weird. Then his arms grew bigger and bigger until his arms were the size of Hercules’ arms. Ambrose knew he had a unknown power.
Finally Ambrose made to the oracle. The oracle said “to defeat an immortal you must have the sword and shield with a snake on it. It only revels it self once a couple thousand years. So use your powers and go to the year 2010.” Ambrose was shocked the oracle didn’t even look at him and said all the information he needed. So after a minute or two Ambrose used his ability, he closed his eyes, and made it to the year 2010. Then before he could open his eyes the building next to him exploded and his head hit a wall and he got knocked out.

    Chapter 2

When Ambrose woke up he was on a table and was tied down. He saw two people standing and looking through a window and then they left. Ambrose looked at the window thinking he was see futuristic technology, but instead all he saw was fire. Buildings were on fire, trees were on fire, and he even saw a few people on fire. Then out of the corner of the window he saw a Cyclopes! Then a door opened and Ambrose saw it was the two men. Then one of them came up and started to ask questions like “who are you”, and “where did you come from?” Ambrose was too shocked and lightheaded to answer. Then this beautiful girl walked in. She had blond hair and green eyes. After Ambrose saw the girl he saw one of the other men grab a sword. Then he got to see the bunt end of that sword to his face. Once again he was knocked out.
After a few hours Ambrose woke up, but he was in a different room. Then this green light came on and started to go up and down his body. Then it disappeared as quickly as it came. After that crazy experience the two people came into the room. One of the men then said “My name is Ray. My friend here is bob, but he doesn’t speak.” Ambrose still looking at them was still wondering what was happening. Ray continued thinking Ambrose was not going to speak at all “What we did was scan your body. It seems you came from Greece. The scan also lets us see your powers. You have the impath ability, and you can control the space/time continuum.” Ambrose knew that he could control time, but he didn’t know what an impath ability is. So Ambrose asked “What is an impath ability?” Ray just said “It lets you get other gods’ ability.”
Then Ambrose knew that he had Hercules’ power. Then he used that power to get untied. He then said trying to be tough “I need the sword and shield that will turn an immortal into a mortal. It should revel it self anytime now.” As Ambrose spoke these words a glow came from a room. Ambrose knew this indicated they had the sword and shield. Then Ray said “If you free the gods we will give you the sword and shield.” Ambrose said puzzled “The gods? You can’t trap the gods. They will defeat all things.” Ray just shock his head and said “The Cyclopes used the titans to defeat the gods. Then that Cyclopes turned on the titans and so know he rules and the world.” Ambrose then nodded his head yes and Bob gave him a shield and sword. They told Ambrose that the palace was not far.
So Ambrose was off. Right when Ambrose opened the door he could only smell charcoal and dead bodies. Once again everything was on fire. As Ambrose was walking he heard a noise. He went to pick up a boulder he saw to try to find the noise, but he couldn’t lift it. Then he heard the same noise and Ambrose looked back and saw that girl. “Hey,” said the girl” I’ve come to help you.” Then Ambrose felt weird. It was like when he got Hercules’ power. She had a power. “I don’t need help,” Ambrose said. “Yes you do”, the girl said “you have my ability of shape shifting. This should keep your powers strong.” Ambrose replied “What?” The girl told him to lift the boulder. Ambrose tried to lift it again and this time he could! The girl explained to him that his powers feed off of each other. So Ambrose needs a strong power to keep the other powers working. “And by the way my name is Mary,” said Mary.
Then they finally made it to the palace. It was huge. It was about five stories high and as long as a city. People were guarding the palace so they had to hide. Then Mary said “we can shape shift and then kill those people.” Ambrose replied “I don’t fight.” Mary looked at him in shocked then said “You have to fight. How are you going to defeat the Cyclopes by talking to him. You have to fight.”
With that Ambrose just forgot it and stopped time with Mary. Then they walked by the people and the Cyclopes who was coming out of the palace. Ambrose felt weird when he walked by the Cyclopes. Ambrose knew the Cyclopes had a power, but what was it? They went through the door and right there on the right was the gods. So seeing Poseidon Ambrose’s father he stopped time and said “Father I have come to get you out of those cages.” Ambrose then tried to open the cage, but his powers weren’t working. So he said “Mary watch for other people.” So she did. Then Ambrose felt two powers at once.
He looked and saw Ares and Hermes by each other. Ares’ power seemed to be to be able to kill, because Ambrose felt anger and wanted to kill right there. Ambrose asked Hermes “what is your god power Hermes?” Hermes replied “I have super speed.” So he knew now that he could break the cage. He transformed into an elephant than using his speed and strength rammed the door three times. Then it broke.
Then noise was loud enough that a few guards came to check out what was happening. Mary warned Ambrose that they were coming. Then using his speed and sword Ambrose killed all the men. As Ambrose wiped the blood off of his sword he noticed something. It was vague at first, but Ambrose could see it. It was a picture of a snake! With that picture Ambrose knew that they had given him the weapons he needed all along.
Finally the gods were leaving, but Mary said “We need Zeus were is he.” Poseidon just stared at Mary and said “The Cyclopes put Zeus somewhere else. We don’t know where though.” Ambrose was puzzled. Why would Mary need Zeus? Then Mary said to Ambrose “You need Zeus’ power to have yours not die out on you. Since Zeus is the most powerful god his power could feed your other powers for ever.” Ambrose had never thought of that.
Then Ambrose knew it was time to go back to his own time. He said to Mary “Now that I have new powers I must go back to my time. Its time to defeat the Cyclopes. I will regain my honor and save the world.” Ambrose started to leave, but then Mary said “Do you have to leave? You can defeat the Cyclopes here and start a new life.” With that Mary went up to Ambrose and kissed him. She then said “you can start a new life with me.” Ambrose was shocked. This beautiful girl wanted him to stay with her, but Ambrose knew he had to go back to his time. So he said sadly “I have to leave I have a family I need to take care of.” With that Ambrose used his power.
He was finally back in his time. Before he could move a noise came from the bushes. Ambrose drew his sword thinking it was an enemy, but it was just a rabbit. Nothing threatening here thought Ambrose. He decided to check on his mother, Alexandria, and see how she was doing. When he made it back to the palace. He almost forgot what it looked like. The building was somewhat made of gold. Some of the bricks were real bricks, but others were gold bricks. Then he met his mother at the entrance. Ambrose had been gone for about five months. Ambrose and Alexandria only talked about what has happened to the city until Ambrose said “I must fight the Cyclopes mother. Please do not fear for my life. My powers will protect me.” Alexandria cried when she heard those words. She knew the Cyclopes was immortal. She also knew Ambrose was stubborn. So she said “May the gods be with you.”
After that conversation Ambrose went to the city’s temple. There he needed to get Zeus. So Ambrose yelled at the skies saying “Zeus if you can hear me come down here. I need your guidance.” Then a booming noise came and lighting struck the floor. Then Zeus came out from the dust and said in a booming voice “Who dares call me.” Ambrose replied “It is I Ambrose. Now that you have came I have your power. You may go now.” Zeus replied in such an angry voice that it shock the temple “You dare treat me like a pawn. For that you will die.” With that Zeus summoned a light bolt and threw it right through Ambrose’s chest. Ambrose with blood running from his mouth could hear Zeus laughing. Then as he was closing his eyes Zeus left the temple. As Ambrose took his final breath he could only think of Mary. Then he died.

    Chapter 3

Then as Ambrose opened his eyes he thought he was going to see Hades. Instead all he saw was the temple! Then the hole in his chest caused by the lighting bolt healed. Ambrose knew that he was immortal. Finally he had Zeus’ power. Then the ground shock. He ran outside and saw the Cyclopes. Then Ambrose yelled at the top of his lungs “Cyclopes you will DIE and I will be the one to kill you. You shall torment no more!” the Cyclopes hearing this replied “Who dares call me to die?” Ambrose yelled “ I am the defender of those who defend. I hunt darkness for sport. I protect the weak and destroy all evil in my path. Cyclopes my name is Ambrose and I will kill you.” Then the Cyclopes looked down and saw Ambrose. After that the Cyclopes grew smaller! In fact he was Ambrose’s height. The Cyclopes said that a curse was put on him. It makes him smaller when he is dueling. Then he drew his sword and the fight began.
Ambrose knew how to fight with a sword thanks to Ares’ power. As their sword clanged together people started to gather. Ambrose tried and tried to cut the Cyclopes, but each attempt failed. Then Ambrose tried using super speed, but that didn’t work. Then Ambrose and the Cyclopes locked swords. The Cyclopes pushed Ambrose back. Then the Cyclopes grabbed a branch ripped it in half and it was as sharp as an arrow. He threw it at Ambrose and it hit his arm. As the blood was running down his arms and trickling from his fingers Ambrose yelled in pain. Then he saw someone tackle the Cyclopes. It was Mary! The only thing she said was “Did you miss me,” until she went to fight the Cyclopes. She had two daggers as weapons. Each was about a foot long. Then Ambrose pulled out the branch and his arm healed. Then the Cyclopes sliced Mary’s arm and she fell to her knees. Then as the Cyclopes was going to finish her off Ambrose stopped the sword in its racks.
Then Ambrose said “You even touch her again and your death will come swiftly.” Then they once again fought, but this time Ambrose was so angry that he could not control his powers. The ocean which was calm started to become violent. The skies were darkening and rain fell. Lighting bolts struck in random places. Then as they were fighting a lighting bolt struck the Cyclops’s hand. The Cyclopes then dropped his sword. Then Ambrose sliced off the Cyclopes’ arm. Then he sliced the other arm off. He then told the Cyclopes “My name is Ambrose and all evil will fear me!” Then Ambrose brought his sword back and sliced off the head of the Cyclopes.
Then after the blood was in the water the sky was light, the ocean was back to being calm, and Ambrose was standing there with blood, rain, and sweat on him as victorious. Then he saw the people still hated him. This made him so angry that he drowned the city. Then after his rage calmed he went to check on Mary. Her wound was not life threatening. So he lived with Mary after he made the gods turn her into an immortal. After that day Ambrose was know as the god of immortality.
