• The man was walking through the backrocks of the city. It's construction left it so that alleys led straight to the rocky plains that were left. While not many people were aware that the planet was basically a spaceship looking for an earth like planet it was well constructed enough that it left plenty of room for wilderness, although grasslands were in the northern sector that was currently south of the planets rotation. A man was walking though the backrocks listening to a small tune. He was happily humming along when he turned the small machine off. A second later a small shiny object was in his had, witch was now held above his shoulder.

"Nice try, but you don't know the smallest bit about surprise attacks do you?" The man said looking at the throwing knife that he had just caught. "Nice quality, good work. It's a shame you had it made all wrong. We are going to have to have a talk, so you can call me Blank. I can see here that you go by the guise "Red grave". Nice, but it doesn't have anything catchy about it. I would chose "Blind burial". It has the same sound at the beginning and it doesn't give you away. Your normal job is in the Red district personal relations: repair. You know what a grave is, and nobody know that anymore. So let's see what else it reveals about you."

"You have a need to have weapons on you at all times, all of them as well, bad form. You give yourself away if you get caught. The cops might be of a mediocre sort but they know how to search you for everything. Wait, here it's the "samuri" squads. Well anyway, back to your form. You seem to think that this was the best way to go, but it wasn't. The base is square, and that makes it noticebly slower. And the blade isn't right for this kind. You should have it as a point, so that what you hide it on can be more centered. You instead curve with the end on top. Also, you mark your name with it. Really, it should be simple, but you can be found out if you have your name marked on it. Really, all you assassins are all the same. You want to be known as much as possible. You will never make it to the top six at this rate."

"Also, while you do a good job hiding all your weapons, you still leave too many noticeable differences. Next time you get your armor made, have only half the weapons, you won't have to struggle too much to hide yourself form personal guards that way. Also, you have a good throw but you need to throw it more like this." With a quick movement Blank threw the knife and hit a girl who had just pointed something at him. She quickly dropped the custom made laser generator and pulled the knife out. "And I take it you are the darkened mist. I have had fun throwing you off. You two were hired by the federation to kill me or..." The question was hanging in the air.

"Yeah, they hired both of us." Red Grave said with another knife ready to be thrown.

"I though so." Blank said. "So you wouldn't know of the top 6, just 5. That's useful information. Well now I guess since you talked I'll tell you about myself. I actually had a name. I didn't pick it out for myself. It was "Devil's Trident". I'm sure you both want to know." The silence hung in the air and they both agreed. "Well it was originally devil's spear, but I'm not sure if you guys could take the explanation." At once they both disagreed. "Oh I'm still not sure, you assassins nowadays are just like kids. I'll tell you. The two highest ranking assassinations I completed because I slept with the targets."

At once both of the listeners made small gestures that indicated discomfort. "I told you. You may not flinch at the sight of blood but you still wince whenever I talk about gay sex." The two highest ranking kills were both male, who died in bed of what seemed to be natural causes. They ran criminal trading with trading material that were illegal. It wasn't actually illegal but as part of the "Rules of attitude modification and containment of peace" there were supposed to be people who seemed to be the bad guys so that there was always a difference, that was how the falsely illegal systems were made because all items were actually made by converting matter to energy and putting it back together in any way.

A small kitten walked out from a nearby alleyway and started to play with one of the laces on Blank's shoes. "Awwww." Blank picked up the kitten and started to play with it. "Let me give you a quick lesson in hidden bombs. You never leave the hair on animals standing up, it may reveal where you hidden it. That's how I know this little one isn't rigged. Also, it will never be in sight of a city. That action is too illegal and too noticeable to get away with near the public. Anyway I off to give this little guy care. You two have a nice day now." Blank walked away petting the kitten and letting it claw at the edge of the mask. The two others just stood there, looking shocked.

"Was he?" Darkened Mist asked? "Yes, he was the hidden one on the top six."

"Why do you say that?" Red Grave asked Mist.

"Because, he told us his name was Blank. It should be plain as day. When you have a list and you having something missing what do you call that space." Grave though a moment and then looked surprised. They looked at the alley where Blank had entered, and stared in wonder.
