    Ch. 4 Toshiaki's Gang
"What do you mean?" he asked.
I didn't answer him. I didn't want to actually, but I had to say something. "He was my friend before he... tried to kill me," I answered. My voice sounded different.
His expression went blank. "Do you know why he attacked you?"
I didn't know what to tell him. "I don't know. I haven't seen him for two years, and he comes back to kill me... That's all I know."
He pondered that for a moment. He nodded, as if he finally understood why Daisuke tried to kill me. Then, a nurse came into the room. She smiled when she saw that I was awake. Her smile creeped me out. "It's good to see you awake. We didn't think you'd be awake already though," she said.
I simply nodded. She sat me up to check my heart beat. "Sounds good. Better than the day you arrived," she told me. She started taking out the needles that were stuck in my body.
"What do you mean?" I asked them. "How long have I been here?"
Hikaru didn't answer me but she did. "About four days."
"Four days?! Are you serious?!" I jumped out of bed and ran out of the room, crashing into almost every person that walked past me.
"Amari, wait!" Hikaru called as he ran after me.
I bursted through the front doors, looking around. "Aki!" I shouted.
"Amari, stop!" Hikaru grabbed my arms.
"Aki! Where's Aki?!" I had no idea why I was asking for him. My body was moving on its own.
"Relax, relax. I'll take you to him, but you have to calm down first," he replied.
People stopped and stared at us. I took deep breathes and calmed down. "Alright, I'm fine now. Take me to him. Take me to Aki." He walked in front of me, leading the way.

    * * *

He lead me to an abonded house. In was dark, like the Honma's house. He opened the gate and allowed me to go in first. I hesitated when I saw two guys sitting on the porch. Hikaru looked at me, then at them. "Don't worry, they won't hurt you," he told me. I slowly walked through the gate, waiting for Hikaru and not taking my eyes off of those guys.
Hikaru took me up the stairs and stopped in front of them. "Is Toshiaki still here?" Hikaru asked them. The white haired boy answered him: User Image
"Yeah. He's somewhere in there," he answered. Hikaru started talking with him, while the other guy watched me: User Image
"Hikaru, who did you bring with you?" he asked.
Hikaru stopped talking and glanced at me. "This is Amari, Toshiaki's friend."
The white haired boy narrowed his eyes. "The one that got attacked four days ago?" Hikaru nodded.
The black haired boy bowed in respect. "Welcome. I'm Kobayashi Shinji." He pointed to the other guy. "And this is Ashino Takashi."
I bowed back, grateful that he had some manners. Hikaru nudged me. "We better get inside," he said.

As we stepped inside, the living room was dark and quiet. I heard a sudden burst of laughter from the back room. It made me hide behind Hikaru. Following the laugh was a cry of pain. I noticed that voice instantly. I ran around Hikaru and down the hall. I had no idea what I was doing. My body was moving on its own again.
I busted into the closed door. "Daisuke!"
Inside the room were four guys. One was laying on the bed: User Image, the second one was sitting at the foot of the bed: User Image, the thrid one was leaning against the wall: User Image, and the last one was sitting on the chair, examing his sword. He placed his sword down and looked at us. "Ishikawa Terukazu," he said. He pointed to the guy laying on the bed. "That's Takatsu Shiratori." He then pointed to the end of the bed. "That guy down there is Kota." He looked at the guy leaning on the wall. "And he's Akiyama Kazu."
Hikaru came in and covered my mouth. "Sorry, this is Amari."
I removed his hand. "What is this? And where is Aki and Daisuke?" I asked.
Toshiaki came in through another door. He was carrying a bloody sword. He was also wrapping his bloody arm with bandages: User Image "This is my gang, Amari, and don't worry about Daisuke. We're taking good care of him."
