    Suave, gentlemanly, chivalrous and sophisticated. Now he does come across as gruff and snobbish, but deep down he’s got a heart of gold. He’s risked his life for Gaia and his friends more than once and remains ever vigilant. And he although he might'n’t look it, he’s strong and can kick serious a**! Though he seriously needs a new wardrobe, something a little alternate, perhaps, not too flash, that’s jut not him, but something a little less rigid - I guess he wears that unflattering suit to hide his true nature and his pain. Edmund has an incredible mind. He’s logical and analytical and very down to Earth (perhaps a little too much)... How do you think he got the scar? Battling Vampires? wink ... And those if you who still need convincing - Just look how sweet he looks when you “exchange school credits” - he’s not so bad, really! But he really does care. You’ve just gotta get to know him. I think he gets lonely sometimes, he’s just too darn stoic to admit it, poor guy. He doesn’t realise his friends would die to save him if he was attacked by Vampires ...

    Durem Depot - Moira

    She’s cool. She’s hip. She’s different. Streetwise, knows all the goss, and got all the right moves ... but secretly I think she’s wanting to shine. She has this whimsical, girl-following-her-dream look on her face when you bring her the bugs. I think she’s make a great FameStar! ... She should go easy on Edmund though. His prices aren’t all hat bad - some are lower than hers... Heh, she just likes to tease him methinks wink


    ... You know I think Moira & Edmund secretly have crushes on one and other, but neither would ever admit it in 1000 years! redface ...


    Barton Boutique - Ian & Rufus

    Hard working, & devoted - look at all the work they did this Easter - and for Gaia in general - You Go Guys! Lots of cool stuff in store! Ian can be a bit of a wuss, but he’s got it where it counts. And Rufus ... A cat that knows what he wants - like the Rum Tum Tugger! Woof! Woof! You know some past neighbours of mine actually had a dog called Rufus - and you know Rufus had more manners and was more intelligent than they were? Good dog! My heart wept for Ian’s Rufus when Rina ‘prettied him up’ NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! wink
    I so love the jet wings! Always wanted a pair of those. A pity I didn’t have them when I cos played G1 Starscream! whee


    Gambino Outfitters - Sasha

    What Can I say *giggles* ... she’s *giggles* ... giddy as a *giggles* school girl, like all right! wink ... She’s the classic Island chick, a little ditzy perhaps, and a high-pitched sweet voice ... But she’s cool. Comes across as a little shallow, perhaps but I think she too, like Moira is looking for her time to shine - and the right BF! whee (NO, Liam - it’s not gonna be you...) Some of her stuff’s a tad pricey, but it’s cool smile Live the Egyptian linen dresses! It’s a pity you can’t let the little fishies in the bags loose in the aquariums!


    Gambino Hat Rack - Ruby & Peyo

    She’s one of the quiet ones - and you know what they say about the quiet ones, lol wink She knows stuff, but won’t let on ... More likely she’ll let you find out for yourself. She knows her headwear - and even I’m impressed! - And I’m not even a hat person. She cares about the state of Gaia and her and Peyo, bless his little green heart are doing a great deal to keep Gaia clean. Greenies and it’s great how they make stuff from the trash! Very creative and doesn’t end up in Gaia’s landfill. My ‘imaginary’ friend Cathy the Dump girl and her best friend Stig are most impressed! And she made an awesome witch last Halloween! And LOVE those elf ears in store, Hun!



    Barton Jewelers - Agatha

    Ohh Agatha ... She knows more than she lets on this one (just look at her Medusa Halloween costume last year, hint ... wink ... She knows her stuff and knows the value of fine and interesting jewellery. She knows all the tricks in the book, this one, even if she may come across as an old fuddy duddy. She’s really one smart cookie. Her eyes look as though she’s loved and lost and knows the value of life, how precious and short it may be. I think her and Edmund were once involved or wanted to be, but somehow life got in the way. Perhaps he didn’t want her to get hurt (what with the vampires and all) I think they still care for one and other... Also they’re both lonely and need to know they are loved, {even if they are not meant to be with one and other} which proves to little Bludeau at the Faktori that even humans have big problems around love.


    The Ole Fishing Hole - Old Man Logan

    Ruff, gruff, but like Edmund, he’s also got a heart ‘o gold. Knows the lakes and seas like the back of his rod. Knows all there is to know about fishing... You know he even goes to Phin Phang and talks to the fish wink Has lots of tall fishin’ takes for ya! An ol’ hand, crusty wise and Wolverine made his hairstyle famous wink You’d think the royalties would pay the damned GRS and save the day wouldn’t you?


    Salon Durem - Vanessa

    Here’s another cool & sophisticated one. Always on the go, a woman who knows what she wants. And it’s NOT you, Liam! ... A woman who knows her hair and how to accessorize. On the go, I can see her doing the hair of the rich & famous, especially in showbiz. She needs to learn there’s more to life than fashion and GO phones... wink *Answers her Phone ... Gotta Go, Edmund's calling!* wink


    Skin Tyte - Natasha & Devin

    Scary! But in a good way. I hope she scared off Liam, lol! Like Moira, she’s streetwise and not shy about sharing opinions. Has a higher pain tolerance than I wink Good thing Gaia tattoos & piercing don’t hurt, lol! An artist for the body, she takes price in her work and know her stuff! Love the Dark Elf Potion, though I wish I didn’t have to keep buying potions to male cos play Avis! Now Devin is such a sweetie, he’s Darth Maul’s *good* twin wink ... He can look fierce when he wants to, but he’s a sweetie and a softie smile Let’s hope he can get his Chakras, crystals and meditation on order. Blessed Be!


    The Faktori - Bildeau, Bludeau & Ribateau

    What can I say ... Gorgeous! whee Just look at that smile, Aww... So eager to please and help, he’s such a sweetie. Despite the fact he’s a robot you can tell he really cares about his work and takes pride in it. Just look at the detail of those ancient Egyptian and Goth items. Such detail, care and precision. Perhaps one would expect that from a robot, but with Bildeau it’s something more. He’s happy to be a robot. Love you, Bili! And he’s not perfect, even with his positronic brain, he still spells Bludeau’s name wrong! {Bloudeau} ... Now poor little Bludeau ...Does he not realise he can love? Wanting to love and short-circuiting his cute little servos about it... cry You silly little ‘Bot you... Poor little baby doesn’t realise he’s already got heaps looove & friends ... And being human isn’t all that it’s cracked up to be... And Ribateau, what can I say ... Completely understandable how you feel toward your human captors. I wonder just what *is* behind that door? {Plans or an army of 'Bots to take over no doubt ...}... Curiosity beckons whee ..     Yo! Liam! You Tool! Liam, Liam, Liam ... *Shakes head* What can I say, Fish breath? You gotta learn to settle, Boy. And *four* timing? You bad boy, you. No wonder you’ve managed to p!ss off every woman in Gaia treating them so cheaply - can you blame them? I think not! You don’t deserve such a proud name as Liam. I am part Irish you know mrgreen And go on yer own quests yer lazy bum! You’re cool, Fella, but not THAT cool! Cool stuff & trinkets in store, Kid, but when it comes to girls, take a word from Aretha Franklin’s Book - R-E-S-P-E-C-T! ... And one more thing ... Can you order in your lovely eloquent tunic in bigger sizes? They make my Avi look fat, lol. And they’re not cheap either, hint ... Love the robot stuff, dude! So Does Ribateau.     Not spending too many more paychecks at Gold Mountain, I hope. Moderation, hun! Gambino rubs his enormous (and I do mean enormous) hands together every time you do, you know that don’t you? ... The place is a more than just a tad pricey (in tickets) But then if you let us have it for less, Gambi would most probably fire you, and most ticket price places are impossible anyway. Bec, you gotta get out more... Don’t let the mountain fool you. It’s not designed for us to win ... well not *that* much... I guess it doesn’t stop me from wanting one of those Silver Prince’s Rapiers ... Hey if you won one, would you be allowed to bring it to work?? ... wink Maybe you'd have more luck at Witch Mountain? ... wink


    Sam’s Body & Parts - Sam

    She’s street smart, cool and not afraid to get her hands dirty. She also knows more about the world than she lets on. She gets on better with mechanics. Cars are like people to her - as individual as they are. As a kid her favourite shows were Transformers, Knight Rider and the Herbie movies wink Now she’s more ‘The Fast & the Furious’ But she never forgot Optimus Prime and that deep, sexy voice wink ... She’s into the Auto Glitz & Glam & serious Auto power! No keepin' her away from the track smile Or under the chassis ... She loves her autos and makes cars look sexy whee Now if only I can have a scion glow for my UFO wink And she gets on famously with Bildeau, Bludeau and even the Decepticons' new recruit, *Ribateau* likes this interesting human! eek


    Phin Phang - Mirai & Barrett

    An interesting one with an unusual name, but too much pink!! Ee Gads! You’ll scare all the phish away! (Outfit is fine, but lose the scarf) Nevertheless her and Barrett care a great deal about the lil’ fishies. Just look how crushed Barrett looks when he tells you a fish has gone to join the Overseer... cry Mirai comes across as gentle, though prices are a little too high, girl, though I love her hair. Very 80’s - Inspired by 'Jem & the Holograms.' Truly Outrageous! But a word ... At times the Overseer is known to give “Cig” a cigarette butt... Fer shame, Mirai, Barrett! ... As fish experts you know these are poisonous for fish and can kill fish in a tank... Or maybe some thoughtless person tossed it into the tank and the Overseer’s flicking it out. Thank you, O Righteous Overseer! 4laugh


    Shop of Fancy {Men’s Warehouse} - Ethan

    Nothing much fancy here. Looks like someone cleared the warehouse out, Ethan. More stuff please! Perhaps he’s just starting a new shop, but only THREE items?!? The virtual Prom is ok, but there’s not many cool items there either! More goodies!


    Back Alley Bargains - Nicolae

    Okay, I won’t tell Leon about your store ... But how 'bout more items?
    Not much going here, Kid! It’d be a real bargain store with lots more stuff! Nice idea, Nicolae and always glad to have new shops (as long as they don’t close down the favorites - heed, GRS!) But seriously, Bro, you need more stuff, Dude. I hear Edmund got a shipment of suits that weren’t quite right. If you ask him nice he’ll let you have them for a good price and you can sell them for a few gold more. And ask Moira and Sasha too, I heard they had some slightly damaged Mary Janes and a Moira has few water damaged Milady skirts from when one of the pipes burst in her shop... And we all know how expensive those skirts are! wink


    Sunset Couture - Julie

    Yet another store without much inventory ... A bit boring really. Unlike searching HR Wesley, Durem Depot, Gambino Outfitters, Hat Rack, Crate & Apparel or Barton Boutique ... Sunset Couture is a bit of a let down sad ... A few more items than Back Alley or Shop of Fancy, but still, diversity is the spice of life, Jules! More stuff would be cool.


    Barton Flower Shoppe - Rina

    What can I say ... Cute as a button and cheery ... A little TOO cheery for my taste ... Did you see her in ZOMG? ... She wouldn’t stand a chance with those evil gnomes ... Best stay in your flower shoppe there, Girly 4laugh ... Nice flowers though, especially the poor Lonely lily {she misses Severus} - could do with a few more though like some roses, Japanese orchids - Now they are gorgeous... You'd love them, some 'Black Eyed Susans' and some other cute & colourful ones... and why are the bunches so expensive to make when we have to unearth (or buy in the marketplace) our own flowers? xp Perhaps not as innocent as she seems, lol. Easily excited too, just look at her “Monthly collectible face’ but then ... Who isn’t at that time. OMG!!!!! blaugh

    Gaia Cash shop - Flynn

    Classy, though she comes across as a bit snobbish. And prices ... well she knows how to charge, lol ... Like a wounded bull with Death Whisper Horns wink
    Must admit she has some hellva cool stuff here though razz ... Some of those Evolving Items and Monthly Collectibles are Gorgeous and truly spectacular! Thanks to field reports by Dr Singh, Timmy and Edmund (while Timmy was sick) You see? Ed steps in to save the day wherever he is needed. Though I think Flynn needs to get out more, loosen up and buy herself a few cool, magickal & adventurous evolving items rather than just selling them {It’s her store, so she should get a 5% discount at least} ... But I wouldn’t put it past her not to have a Death Whisper stashed away or three whee


    Well there you have it -- A detailed overview of the shop owners/keepers all over Gaia. A myriad of very different people, cats and robots! Diversity is the spice of life and with all the different tastes here on Gaia, it definitely is the spice of Gaia! I hope the GRS appreciates that. There's more to life than Gold.
