• Do you know the little girl with brown hair and the yellow dress? Yes? Then I want to tell you a little story about her. Can I have your attention for a moment, please?

Once again, it was a wonderful day in Hyrule. On the marketplace was a big crowd of people which almost came over the booths. A pairing was standing infront of the big fountain which is standing in the middle of the place. My owner thought it was a good idea to go to the marketplace to play, too. Everyone was happy and cheerful. Just a little girl was running after a chicken. She stumbled, again and again, ran to and fro across the place. After an hour, when she couldn’t get the chicken yet, she sat down on one of the wooden boxes which were standing on a house and buried her face in her hands.

    “What’s wrong with you?”
The girl startled, washed the tears out of her face and scrutinized the little boy who was standing in front of her, looking at her. He was wearing a grass green tunic, had blond hair, blue eyes and a strange cap on the head. In addition, he had quite pointed ears.
“Can you see this chicken?”, the girl asked while pointing at it, “When I opened the cage to feed the chickens it bunked off. I ran after it directly but I can’t catch it.”
The boy turned to the chicken, scratched his head and turned to the girl again.
“Wait a moment.”, he said, then he ran over to one of the plant container where the chicken was standing behind. He made himself looking small, crawled around the container and jumped at the chicken, which histerically flaped when it was graped at its claws. Moreover it picked on the boys head when he was cariing it to the girl again. Grining, he delivered the chicken. The girl smiled, tooked it and thanked him a lot. Then she jumped from the box, which was as big as herself and walked away. The boy went home, too. I followed the little girl.
While walking home, she crawled the head of the chicken, which was keeping still. It was almost night, when the girl arrived at home. She opened the cage, seated the chicken on the floor and went into the house. I lay down beside the cage and falled asleep.

A loud noise woke me ruggedly up. Something must have scared the chickens, so they invalidated the bowl, where their fodder was in. When I looked exacting, I saw a kid which was about to free the chickens. Quietly laughing, it went back into the house where the little girl was living, too. I barked as loud as I could, until someone came out of the house. It was a woman, which drowsy rubbing her eyes, before she looked over, what the matter was. I jumped beside the cage, up and down, what churned the chickens up again. The woman throw one of her shoes after me, before she realized, that one of the chickens was missed. She shouted into the house, whereupon the little girl stumbled out of it.
“I thought you catched the chicken?! Go and search for it and don’t come back without it!”, the woman shouted at the girl, then she banged the door behind her. The little girl sobbed quetly and set off to the marketplace. Arrived, she looked around hectically, but the place was empty.

“Hi.”, a voice behind her said. The girl turned around fast and went a few steps back.
“You needn’t to be anxious.” It was the little boy which already held the chicken in his arms. Once again, he grined when he commited the chicken. They both sat down on the wooden boxes, I lay down nearby, so I could hear what they were speaking about.

“Do you feed the chickens at night?”, the boy asked.
“Why are you asking? Of course, no.”, the girl answered.
“Just thought…”,he said, looking up to the starry sky and then grinning at her, “…or why got it lost this time?”
“Oh, no, that was my brother.”, she explained, looked on the floor and let her feeds, which couldn’t reach the floor, dangle. The boy fold his arms behind his head, lay down and closed his eyes.
    “Why?”, he wanted to know.
The girl thought for a moment, then she answered:
“Just to bother me. Thought. He’s just a little boy.”
“And you don’t mind to walk around at night and search for a chicken?”
The girl dragged her knees to her chest and fold her arms around them.
“Well… acually not…”, she paused, settled back and looked at the boy, “…is that strange?”
The boy opened his eyes and followed the stars.
    “Mmh…”
He turned his head so he could see the girl.
“…no, I suppose.”, he answered finaly, grinning once more. Then they began to laugh.
“You are a weird boy.”, the girl said and lay down, too.
“And you are a weird girl.”, the boy returned and looked up to the stars again.

Since then, this little boy comes to the marketplace and helps the little girl to catch the chicken, which were unharnessed the night before.
And I believe, as long as this little boy day by day enjoys to catch the lost chickens, our little world is alright.
