- The hat being black-dominant and the dress being red-dominant is throwing me off. I would've also liked to see some gold referenced on her torso as well as what's already on her head.

- Would be nice to see a background or some kind of misc e.g. sparkles to accentuate a magical yet wicked touch to this avatar. Overall, it meets the description. I love the use of the colour red. Despite, the colours are not really coordinated that well, it's quite pretty. I would like to see some gold. Perhaps she could be could also hold a wand or a broom? 7/10.
