Hell's Lady is a demon who takes the souls of dead children/teens who have sinned but don't deserve severe punishment (Not knowing they were sinning/It was necessary to survive/etc.) to hell. She takes care of all of them and helps them to work off their sins, eventually gaining access to the choice to go to heaven or be reborn.
