Following on gene therapy research, DEKA has been focusing genetic research on the Builder gene; key specific genetic locks to create next generation modified humans. DEKA's funding as a PMC has lately been getting involved in questionable genetic research. Some say some of the recent disappearances has been linked to monster attacks, and a figure cloaked in Blue armor. From photographic sources I have a photo on what could be a key to this mystery...

- I'm actually working on another design for a sidekick character, but in Toku lore the sidekick character is usually the secondary rider or rival rider to the main protagonist. Most Kamen Rider oriented heroes often really try to deviate from the dynamic duo parody.
