- Description: The basic type of Hadoken is a surge fist in which a fighter's willpower is utilized to focus ki into and through the palms. As the palms are thrust outwards towards the target, a surging energy (or ki) wave is expelled that results in a punching force traveling through the air in the opponent's direction. The user will usually be immobilized for a short time after performing this move, leaving them vulnerable to counterattack. :)

- Yeah, I was afraid when I saw that Ki Blast pose that someone would do something like this. Even the avatar's face is looking at me, like, "eh? Eh? You're impressed, right?" No, four item avatars should not be rewarded, especially one lacking in creativity, like this.

- I don't think he dressed up as someone cause the title is the attack. If he was dressing up as that person he would need a shirt, wristband, and blown back hair. If he put this in cosplay he would get numbers down for the missing things.
