It's Sunday night and I don't want to make an elaborate story.
The idea is the mother of chaos, who is the manifestation of war, hate, sins, disease, etc. She is vengeful, dormant, and deformed because of the various evils of mankind. When the world is at it's calmest she will strike again, reminding that pandemonium is never dead.
Yeah...usually not this cliche.
