When you can't get to sleep she comes to you and softly sooths your mind to dreamland. She also does her best to give you good dreams. Dreams where you can be happy and in your own world. Sometimes she doesn't reach you in time and the dream demons reach you first and fill you with horrific dreams.
Humans call bad dreams nightmares but those of dream land who control your dreams call them life. They feed the dream demons and the dream fairies are trying to stop that.
